After the lesson I felt very relaxed and full of energy. Doris is a very kind and friendly person. I'm looking forward to my next Yoga lesson with Doris.

Her classes are invigorating and are good for the soul and mind. She focuses on alignment, technique and meditation to ensure you are getting the most out of each class. I went to the classes expecting my strength and flexibility to improve, but came away with my mind strengthened and rested as well.
